We know it’s difficult to plan around shop hours when you rent splitboards and avalanche gear in Tahoe. We solved the problem at splitboard.rentals!

When you rent from us, we’ll have your board ready for you, with the stance dialed in to your measurements. You can have your board delivered to your house in the Truckee area, or you can pick it up from our hub in Truckee. You can pick up your board up any time, day or night, so you can focus on great days on the snow without hurrying to a shop. You don’t have to race to the shop before they close on Friday night. You don’t have to delay the start of your trip on Saturday morning, waiting for a shop to open. And you don’t have to finish early on Sunday to return your rental splitboard. Rent from us, we’ll set up the board to your dimensions, and it will be ready and waiting for you in Truckee.

Doing a Lassen trip? With a little more advance notice, you can also pick up from our location in the town of Mineral.

Whether you’re in Truckee or Lassen, we’ll set you up on a sweet Weston splitboard, with Spark bindings and skins. All our boards are in great shape, and ready to ride. 3-section poles, crampons, Verts and avalanche beacons, shovels and probes are also available to rent.

Current pricing is $100 for a two-day splitboard package rental (board, bindings, skins). Pick up on Friday evening, ride on Saturday and Sunday, then drop off on Sunday evening after a full day in the snow.
